LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ - The American Legion Riders Post 81 in Lake Havasu City will host their first annual “Dice Run” on Saturday, March 13th. During the event, prizes will be awarded to the best and least dice totals and many raffle prizes have been donated by local merchants.
The event is a fund raiser for the Patrick Tinnell Memorial Skate Park. Tinnell was raised in Lake Havasu City and is considered by many to be an American hero, killed in action during the Iraq War on April 19th, 2006. He was assigned to the Army's 1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division.
The event begins and ends at the American Legion Post 81, located at 1234 Paseo Del Sol, with the entry fee a $15 donation per rider. Registration forms for riders are available online by CLICKING HERE. Or, call the event chairman, Hank Thonnard at 928-854-1927.
