WARRANT ARREST – KINGMAN
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Leslie Ann McEvers,
26, of Kingman, Wednesday (11/12) afternoon on a fugitive from justice
felony warrant for forgery issued out of Dento County Sheriff‘s
Office in Texas on 1-7-08. Approximately 2:50 p.m., deputies conducted
a traffic stop in the 3900 block of Devlin Avenue. Deputies contacted
McEvers and a record check showed McEvers to have an outstanding warrant.
McEvers was taken into custody, transported and booked into the Mohave
County Jail without incident.
WARRANT ARREST
– MOHAVE VALLEY
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas Alexander Dellens,
50, of Mohave Valley, Wednesday (11/12) evening on a probation violation
felony warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court on 10-31-08.
Approximately 10:00 p.m., deputies contacted Dellens at a residence
in the 1400 block of Paseo Redondo Way regarding his outstanding warrant.
Deputies located Dellens hiding inside a closet. Dellens was taken
into custody without incident. He was transported and booked into
the Mohave County District II Substation.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA/SUSPENDED
LICENSE – FORT MOHAVE
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Manuel Steve Flores
Jr., 28, of Bullhead City, early Saturday (11/8) evening for possession
of drug paraphernalia, felony, along with driving with suspended license
and a failure to appear warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court, both
misdemeanors. Approximately 7:20 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic
stop in the 1900 block of Easy Street and contacted Flores, the driver,
and the passenger. The passenger advised deputies that she was having
an anxiety attack and Flores was driving her to the hospital and he
did not have a driver’s license. Deputies requested Fort Mohave
Fire Department personnel to respond and to transport the passenger,
but upon arrival the passenger refused to be transported to the hospital.
A record check showed Flores to have a suspended driver’s license
and an outstanding warrant. As Flores exited the vehicle, deputies
observed a smoking pipe with residue inside the driver’s door
pocket. Flores was
taken into custody without incident. Deputies retrieved the pipe and
observed burnt residue inside the pipe. Flores was transported and
booked into the Mohave County District II. The vehicle belonged to
the passenger. The passenger was cited for allowing an unauthorized
person to drive.
HOMICIDE
UPDATE – APPROXIMATELY 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAKE HAVASU CITY
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the identity of
the homicide victim. The victim is identified as Joseph S Ciolino,
36, of Lake Havasu City. This investigation remains active. For more
information, please refer to today’s earlier Press Release.
HOMICIDE
– APPROXIMATELY 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAKE HAVASU CITY
Mohave County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Kenneth Paul Neale,
44, of Lake Havasu City, early Wednesday (11/12) evening for 1st degree
murder, felony. Early Wednesday (11/12) morning, at about 3:45 a.m.,
Kenneth Neale came into the Lake Havasu Substation to report a possible
death of his roommate. During conversations with Neale, he said that
he and his roommate had been drinking all day and they ran out of
beer. At about 11:00 p.m. Neale went to the store and returned to
their residence and found his roommate on the couch in a pool of blood.
Further conversations with Neale, he said that when he checked his
roommates pulse, there was none, and he attempted to call 911 but
the call would not go through. Deputies transported Neale to the residence
located in the 7500 block of Spirit Ridge Road. Deputies located a
deceased male subject lying on the couch in the living room. Also
at the scene, deputies observed spent and unspent rounds of 9mm. Deputies
located a
9mm handgun inside the vehicle in which Neale drove to the substation.
Autopsy results determined the victim died of multiple gun shot wounds
from a 9mm gun. Neale was transported to Mohave County Sheriff’s
Office. After questioning, Neale was taken into custody without incident.
Neale was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The
identity of the victim will be released after next of kin has been
notified.

Murder Warrant Arrest
On Friday, November 7, at 2:20pm, Kingman Police Detectives arrested
David Anthony Loustaunau, 39 of Kingman, at his residence in the 3500blk
Prescott St. on a Homicide warrant issued out of the San Bernardino
County (CA) Sheriff’s Office. The warrant was recently issued,
however the murder occurred in 1988 in the Barstow, CA area. Loustaunau
was booked into the Mohave County Jail and is awaiting extradition.
Forgery Arrest
On Friday, November 7, at10:55am, Kingman Police arrested Krystal
Leeann Peck, 22 of Kingman, on a felony charge of Forgery and a misdemeanor
warrant for Failure to Pay Fines. Peck was wanted for allegedly forging
her community work service & restitution papers. The forgeries
were discovered by the court after being turned in by Peck. Peck was
booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Aggravated
Assault w/Knife
On Sunday, November 9, at 12:50pm, Kingman Police arrested Robert
Eugene Frank, 52 of Kingman, on a felony charge of Aggravated Assault/Domestic
Violence. Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in the
500blk Third Ave. where it was reported that Frank had stabbed the
female victim in the arm during a fight. Frank was booked into the
Mohave County Jail. The victim refused medical treatment.

Assault and DUI
On Sunday, November 9, at 6:15pm, Kingman Police arrested Ernest A.
Bibby, 33 of Kingman, on two felony charges of Aggravated Assault
and misdemeanor DUI. Officers had responded to the report of a vehicle
being operated recklessly at a gas station in the 3200blk Stockton
Hill Rd. Officers contacted Bibby driving the vehicle. Bibby was taken
into custody for suspicion of DUI. Once at KPD Bibby began having
medical distress. Bibby was transported to KRMC were he became combative
and started fighting with medical personnel. In the process Bibby
is alleged to have broken the finger of an attending emergency room
nurse. Bibby was ultimately booked into the Mohave County Jail. A
passenger in the vehicle, 19 of Kingman, was also arrested, but was
issued a citation, charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol and
released.
